Horror Business-The Misfits

Too much Horror business, not in this context or here with a classic early single from American Horror-Punk band 'The Misfits'. Can't say I'm a massive fan of the band but this track 'kicks ass' as our American friends would probably say and fits the bill perfectly.

I like to think that punk carried on a lot of the British music hall traditions, and was, for a short while a great leveller in the scheme of things, the repercussions of which are still being felt...well almost...

This track comes from an LP called 'A Manchester Collection' and features bands from 'the Manchester Collective', seemingly camped outside the 'Band On The Wall' pub on the cover.

'Property Of...', sums up a lot about that period and the early/mid eighties for me.
